Energy poverty is destroying the lives of many lower income families. Will radical environmentalists ever care for those people’s pain?

Policies which restrict domestic fossil fuel development and transport, or that promote renewable energy, raise energy prices. As a result, higher prices harm the poor and minorities who spend a greater percentage of their incomes on energy and energy intensive goods. This is unnecessary. America has abundant energy and has an obligation to help the poor by developing it.
